no-skips november day 10
In 2021, I attempted to post a new crossword everyday in an event I dubbed “NaCroWriMo.” Unfortunately, I was not able to complete this event and, as a result, I have carried that shame ever since. That is until this month.
For every day in November this year, I’m posting a new crossword puzzle in an endeavour I’m now calling “No-Skips November.” Some of these puzzles are themeless, some are themed, some were even constructed before November, but it doesn’t matter: I’m not skipping a single day on this blog. I’m posting a new crossword. Every day. For a month.
This is also an effort to drive subscriptions to my Patreon, which is the best way to support me directly! My Patreon ensures that I’m able to sustain myself financially during months with less puzzle work, so I can spend more time making the puzzles you enjoy. Subscribers get a new themeless puzzle every week, and Inner Circle members typically get an extra 3-4 puzzles per month.
I’m back and posting from Thea’s laptop for No-Skips November Day #10, and this blog’s puzzle #100! I always imagined Puzzle #100 on this blog being a bigger, or more impressive puzzle, but I can’t complain. I’m in my studio apartment with my long-distance girlfriend and a bunch of friends over, and we’re all watching YouTube on a free TV another friend found for me. When I finish writing this blog post, I’m going to enjoy sandwiches with them. I really like right now. While Puzzle #100 itself isn’t super special, the fact I’ve made it this far is. Happy #100!
STAN UPDATE, and this is a bit of a sad one: the cat isn’t mine. It turns out his name is Maverick, and he’s a neighbourhood cat that just likes visiting people’s homes. I met his owners today, and they’re very sweet! I think I might be their new catsitter :3 I’m grateful to have been blessed by the presence of this cat, and he’ll probably continue to come over, but he is not my son. Thank you everybody for being on this journey with me!
Enjoy the puz! If you’re craving a second 15×15 themeless from me today, check out my Atlantic puzzle today. Also: feel free to share the link, comment below if you like the puzzle, and check out my Patreon!
